Career Trajectory
I work at the intersection of data, systems, and commercial strategy. What follows is a collection of the roles I’ve held, the projects I’ve shaped, and the spaces I’ve learned to lead in. Each one building toward where I’m going
Commercial Strategy Analyst
BT · January 2025 - Current
I work in a role designed to accelerate commercial operations by implementing BT's Commercial strategy to drive performance across the broader organization.
Each week, I lead our team's stand-ups and manage the Jira board I built from scratch, using Kanban to track progress, unblock issues, and prioritize delivery.
My core responsibility involves gathering business and technical requirements from commercial stakeholders and transforming them into scalable, effective solutions. I develop business intelligence dashboards using Qlik, typically shaping data logic with Python and preparing source data using SQL (via Oracle EDW and Microsoft SQL Server). I also design QVD pipelines to enable data transformation and reuse across applications.
Alongside dashboard delivery, I'm spearheading the rollout of Qlik across the commercial org for 5000+ users, replacing Tableau, collaborating with our digital engineering team, and leading adoption strategy, stakeholder onboarding, and super-user identification.
This role positions me at the intersection of data, tooling, and business need — where every solution I deliver focuses on clarity, scale, and unlocking performance.
I am currently pursuing Anaplan solution architect certification to support our commercial planning teams, as well as Big Query certification as our organization migrates from on-premises data warehouse to Google Cloud Platform.
ITS & Cloud Product Trader
BT · April 2024- January 2025
In this role, I contributed to the expansion of BT’s ITS & Cloud portfolio, helping grow it from £18 million to £163 million through a data-led approach to trading, margin strategy, and pipeline performance.
I led the weekly trading report, consolidating data from Salesforce and implementing Excel automation using tools like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables. This significantly improved report accuracy and decision-making across sales, propositions, and leadership.
I conducted revenue and margin analysis, identifying discrepancies—such as Microsoft licensing revenue gaps—by cross-referencing Salesforce with finance records, improving reporting integrity across regions.
As the portfolio owner, I directed the medium-term planning (MTP) process, ensuring alignment across regional traders, finance, and propositions. I also delivered incentive analytics for campaigns like RingCentral and Apple, which supported two international sales retreats for top performers.
I managed pipeline cover reporting, ensuring teams maintained a 3x pipeline-to-target ratio, and advocated for the inclusion of ITS & Cloud in CPS dashboards, leading to official recognition and visibility for ongoing growth tracking
Received the “Rising Star” Award and “Campaign Champion” Award for high-impact delivery and collaboration across commercial teams.
Voice & IP Product Manager
BT · October 2023 - April 2024
I supported the transition and management of legacy voice and IP products, with a focus on enabling smooth migration for sales teams and customers.
My role involved gathering requirements from frontline teams, identifying blockers in the current product lifecycle, and collaborating with propositions, marketing, and product to resolve key gaps.
I worked closely with sales and operational teams to ensure product readiness and visibility, contributing to product performance tracking and reporting using tools like Salesforce, Qlik, and Excel.
I also provided migration support, helping simplify the shift from old voice/IP services to cloud-aligned solutions — ensuring minimal disruption and better customer adoption.
Cybersecurity Product Manager
BT · June 2023 - September 2023
During my internship, I worked on the Eagle-i within our Managed Security Service portfolio to improve customer success outcomes for UK security clients.
I collaborated across strategy, engineering, propositions, and sales to assess tier structure effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose enhancements based on stakeholder interviews and product data.
I reviewed service tier models, contributed to roadmap discussions, and presented findings at internal syncs, helping shape the direction of future customer engagement.
This role sharpened my product thinking and gave me experience in cross-functional alignment, customer success strategy, and internal stakeholder comms.
Projects
BT Internal LLM for BT International Inventory Reconciliation
I serve as tribe lead for a AI pilot project using BT’s internal LLM to automate inventory reconciliation for BT International’s Logistics contract management teams.
This involves aligning stakeholders across digital, governance, and commercial teams, defining data workflows, and leading on feasibility planning.
The project is focused on using large language models to streamline and scale contract-data matching, reducing manual overhead and improving accuracy in supply chain operations
CPS Online Content Consolidation
Was part of an 8 person Content and Marketing squad to consolidate over 10,000 assets across internal SharePoint sites, including slides, articles, and documentation — for BT’s Commercial and Sales users.
I reviewed, labelled, and validated legacy content, collaborating with propositions and sales to determine what was still relevant, what needed updating, and what could be retired.
This initiative simplified user journeys, reduced content sprawl, and improved the speed and clarity with which commercial teams could access critical material
